Join DSV Global Transport and Logistics as an IT Specialist in Endpoint Monitoring and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our global IT infrastructure. This critical position involves proactively monitoring the health, performance, and security of end-user devices across our worldwide operations. You will be the first line of defense against potential threats, ensuring seamless device availability for our logistics teams while implementing robust endpoint security protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to optimize device management, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain endpoint device health, performance, and security across global operations
- Respond to and resolve endpoint incidents with minimal downtime
- Implement and enforce endpoint security policies and best practices
- Collaborate with IT security teams on threat detection and mitigation
- Document endpoint management procedures and knowledge base articles
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments of endpoint devices
- Optimize device lifecycle management and patch deployment processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in endpoint monitoring/support roles
- Expertise in endpoint security tools (EDR, MDM, MAM)
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in logistics/transportation industry a plus
