Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal escalation
- Document customer interactions and solutions using ITSM tools
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior specialists or engineering teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and troubleshooting protocols
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements
- Meet key performance metrics including resolution rates and CSAT scores
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Basic understanding of OS fundamentals (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English
