- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Implement security protocols and data protection measures
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with team members on system upgrades and technology implementations
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization improvements
- Manage software licensing and asset inventory
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and network protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and virtualization
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
