Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Administer Azure Active Directory for secure identity lifecycle management
- Implement and monitor system security protocols and access controls
- Resolve technical issues through proactive monitoring and root cause analysis
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Provide end-user support and training for Microsoft 365 applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in Microsoft 365 administration
- Proven expertise in Azure AD identity management
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud security best practices
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator or Azure AD certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
