Join Risely Inc. as an integral part of our technical team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Staff to ensure the security and connectivity of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical and network infrastructure, specifically focusing on the installation and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems and ensuring reliable internet connectivity for our daily operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems to ensure optimal security coverage.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on internet connections and network hardware to minimize downtime.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues for office equipment.
- Ensure all IT security protocols are followed and that physical security systems are functioning correctly.
- Respond to internal IT support requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document all maintenance activities, system changes, and technical logs accurately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in IT support, network maintenance, or security system installation.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and routing.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, configuration, and DVR/NVR management.
- Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software-related issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasolo, Metro Manila.
