Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to staff regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and network devices to ensure maximum uptime.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and security patches to safeguard company data and assets.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and software installations across the organization.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new technology solutions to enhance operational workflows.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware or software faults in a timely manner.
- Document IT procedures, inventory, and support logs for future reference and process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office suites, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with hardware maintenance, including repairing peripherals and workstations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
