Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by employees across the organization
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect company data
- Provide technical support and training to staff members on various software applications
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements
- Manage and update IT documentation, including system configurations and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and service maintenance
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend system upgrades when appropriate
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or related technical role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are advantageous
