Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain and monitor office IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and printers.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrades of operating systems and application software.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with department heads to troubleshoot operational tech bottlenecks.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across company platforms.
- Document technical issues and provide detailed reports on recurring system performance trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
- Experience with logistics software or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to data privacy and IT security best practices.
