Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Operational Officer in diagnosing and resolving complex hospital operational concerns.
- Manage and maintain the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues faced by staff.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing and monitoring necessary IT protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency through technology.
- Perform regular system backups and updates to prevent data loss and ensure system stability.
- Respond promptly to IT service requests and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of network systems, hardware maintenance, and software installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.
- Familiarity with hospital operational workflows and administrative processes is a plus.
