Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for all staff.
  • Maintain and monitor computer systems, printers, and office equipment to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Perform regular system backups and security updates to safeguard company data.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server environments and IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technical solutions and improve internal IT processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT inventory and technical issues for audit and record-keeping purposes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and office productivity software.
  • Experience in managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware components and peripherals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of basic server administration and cybersecurity best practices is a significant advantage.
