Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of office network and systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across internal platforms.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and operating systems as needed.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees regarding software usage and IT best practices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hardware diagnostics and basic repairs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
