Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company’s computer systems, local area networks (LAN), and network infrastructure.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor network security and data integrity to protect company assets and sensitive information.
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment, inventory management, and asset tagging.
- Collaborate with management and staff to identify technical requirements and implement effective IT solutions.
- Document IT processes, update standard operating procedures, and maintain technical logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven work experience as an IT Staff, IT Support Specialist, or System Administrator (2-4 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
- Familiarity with cloud services and basic scripting languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
