Tanggung Jawab
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications as required by the business units.
- Perform regular system backups, data recovery, and ensure data integrity and security.
- Monitor network traffic and system performance to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Assist in the procurement, inventory management, and disposal of IT assets and equipment.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and technical tickets for future reference and training.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local area networks (LAN), troubleshooting procedures, and basic networking protocols.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical problems quickly.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
