Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across IT systems and user devices
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for IT equipment and networks
- Provide technical support and training to employees on IT systems
- Monitor system performance and security to ensure operational integrity
- Document IT procedures, inventory, and incident reports
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and office applications
- Experience with hardware maintenance and software installation protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
