Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document business requirements for AS400 system enhancements
- Design, implement, and maintain RPG/CL-based applications on AS400 platform
- Optimize system performance through database (DB2) tuning and query optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for AS400 infrastructure and applications
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure system compliance with security protocols
- Document system architecture, processes, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on AS400 system analysis and development experience
- Proficiency in RPG, CL, and DB2 programming languages
- Strong understanding of AS400 architecture, security protocols, and integration APIs
- Experience with system migration, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Certification in AS400 technologies (e.g., IBM i) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
