Tanggung Jawab
- Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Administer server systems and ensure optimal performance and security
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
- Monitor system health and implement backup/recovery solutions
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft MCSA) advantageous
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
