Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the hospital's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and integrity of hospital data by configuring firewalls, VPNs, and access control systems.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for all hardware, software, and connectivity issues across hospital departments.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent data loss.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement new IT initiatives and upgrade hospital information systems.
- Document network architecture, maintenance procedures, and incident reports to ensure operational transparency.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of servers, switches, routers, and peripheral medical IT equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network administration or IT infrastructure support (Healthcare environment experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and network security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and wireless access points (e.g., Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti).
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration and database management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to critical system emergencies promptly.
