Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain and monitor server health, system performance, and data backups.
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and best practices across the organization.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
- Document technical processes and create knowledge-base articles for common issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance repairs.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of internal business applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based office suites (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
