VjANDEP Bakeshop is currently hiring an IT Staff (Reliever) to join our operations for a contract duration of 3 to 6 months. We are looking for a proactive individual who can ensure our technological infrastructure remains stable and efficient during this interim period.
In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our IT needs, ensuring minimal downtime for our daily business operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our hardware and software environments, providing timely support for technical issues, and managing our network connectivity. This position is perfect for IT professionals looking to gain diverse experience in a fast-paced environment while enjoying the stability of a contract role.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and upgrades for office equipment and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve software-related issues, including operating system errors and application crashes.
- Configure and manage local area networks (LAN) and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support to staff members regarding hardware and software usage.
- Ensure data security and perform regular system backups.
- Install, configure, and update security software and antivirus programs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or hardware maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, troubleshooting, and assembly.
- Familiarity with network protocols and basic server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical staff.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis for 3-6 months.
