Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily IT operations, including systems administration, network maintenance, and hardware deployment.
- Oversee the performance and security of e-commerce platforms, ensuring high availability and uptime.
- Lead technical support efforts to resolve complex user issues and minimize operational downtime.
- Manage relationships with third-party software vendors and service providers.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and customer information.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies that improve operational workflows.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance, system health, and infrastructure budget utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in managing e-commerce platforms and web infrastructure.
- Strong technical proficiency in network troubleshooting, Windows/Linux server management, and cloud services.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
