Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor IT team members while managing daily operational workflows
- Oversee network security protocols and implement robust data protection measures
- Coordinate hardware/software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Develop and enforce IT policies aligned with legal industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Provide technical troubleshooting for complex system issues
- Monitor IT budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (PDPA, GDPR)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive IT management experience
- Expertise in network infrastructure, cloud systems, and cybersecurity
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Proficiency in legal tech systems and document management
- Vendor management and procurement acumen
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
