We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our technology initiatives at ASRI. This critical role involves supervising the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and technical support operations. You will ensure that all business services are reliable, secure, and efficient, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, implementing robust IT strategies that align with company goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the IT infrastructure and helpdesk support.
- Ensure network security, integrity, and availability for all organizational systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Implement and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, PCs, and peripherals.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity best practices, and IT asset management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL are a plus.
