Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and mentor IT support staff, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance
- Oversee network infrastructure, servers, and system maintenance for optimal performance
- Implement IT security policies and protocols to protect organizational data
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage IT procurement processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues proactively
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including SOPs and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in network administration, security protocols, and system administration
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
