- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT inventory, including the setup, maintenance, and repair of office equipment and gaming peripherals.
- Configure and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software upgrades.
- Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, troubleshooting hardware, and installing software drivers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
