ML Systems Integrator Pte Ltd is currently seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chinatown. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal IT inquiries, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will handle a wide range of technical challenges, from hardware troubleshooting to software installation, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate records of all equipment.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and office productivity suites.
  • Monitor network performance and assist in diagnosing connectivity issues to ensure seamless communication.
  • Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security best practices.
  • Maintain a helpdesk ticketing system, documenting all incidents and resolutions in detail.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are highly preferred.
