In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. Your daily tasks will involve responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats, diagnosing technical issues related to internet connectivity, hardware, software, and accounts, and providing step-by-step solutions. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting all interactions in our CRM system and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting quality and performance metrics.
- Continuously update your knowledge of client products, services, and policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior BPO or call center experience is required – we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work site-based in Metro Manila and be flexible with shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
