IT Support and Systems Officer

At CLOUD Soft Treats, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences through our retail and food service operations. We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support and Systems Officer to join our team in Mandaluyong City.

As our IT Support and Systems Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure across branches. You will provide technical support to staff, manage and maintain POS systems, oversee network uptime, handle BIR compliance for sales systems, and support all store-level technology operations. Your role is critical to minimizing downtime and optimizing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across branches
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems to ensure seamless transactions
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations for POS and sales reporting systems
• Install, configure, and support store technology such as computers, printers, and scanners
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and procurements
• Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions to build a knowledge base

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Experience with POS systems and retail technology is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with BIR compliance requirements for POS systems in the Philippines
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel to different branch locations as needed
