Berca Hardayaperkasa, a leading IT systems integrator in Indonesia, is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team in Eastern Indonesia. As an IT Support representative for the Papua region, you will be the frontline technical expert responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of critical IT infrastructure and end-user systems.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in remote environments and possesses strong problem-solving capabilities. In this role, you will maintain hardware, troubleshoot network connectivity, and provide high-quality support to our clients and internal stakeholders across the region. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  • Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security audits to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to operating systems, office applications, and connectivity.
  • Document all technical support incidents and resolutions in the internal ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve escalated hardware or infrastructure failures.
  • Assist in the deployment of new IT equipment and infrastructure projects across the Papua region.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or field engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing server environments and basic data center maintenance is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in remote areas.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Eastern Indonesia region.
