Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, including repairing or replacing faulty components
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls according to company policies
- Test and evaluate new technologies, software, and equipment for potential implementation
- Provide responsive technical support and training to end-users across all departments
- Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions for knowledge base maintenance
- Collaborate with IT team to implement security measures and maintain system integrity
Kualifikasi
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance role
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware components
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills for clear user guidance and documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) considered advantageous
