Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Manage user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and service requests in ITSM systems
  • Collaborate with Tier 2/3 teams to escalate complex technical issues
  • Enforce security protocols and compliance standards
  • Conduct periodic system health checks and preventive maintenance

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
  • 1-2 years of helpdesk or technical support experience
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and network fundamentals
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently under rotating shift schedules
  • Basic knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS) preferred
