Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for end-users across hardware and software issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the deployment of IT equipment and company-standard software applications.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and basic network configuration problems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and equipment.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while providing status updates to users.
- Support office moves and infrastructure upgrades as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT hardware, desktop operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and internal processes.
- Prior experience in a customer service or helpdesk role is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule in the Central Region.
