Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy, configure, and maintain client hardware, including workstations, peripherals, and network devices.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows OS, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory (AD) and Azure environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 services to ensure smooth collaboration workflows.
- Monitor network health and perform proactive maintenance to prevent system failures.
- Install, upgrade, and patch software applications across client infrastructures.
- Document technical procedures, support tickets, and system configurations for knowledge base growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk Engineer role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows OS (10/11) and Windows Server environments.
- Proven expertise in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 administration.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment with a professional demeanor.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified) are highly preferred.
