Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on PCs, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and business applications.
  • Monitor network connectivity and resolve connectivity issues to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for escalation of critical system faults.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical support requests and system configurations.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on hardware and software best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and common productivity software (Office 365, etc.).
  • Experience with network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configurations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets effectively.
  • Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Willingness to be based in or commute to Telanai Pura, Jambi.
