Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT incidents across banking applications and infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades and technology implementations
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Strong proficiency in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or ITIL preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a regulated financial services environment
