Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network equipment
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications
- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems
- Provide user training and documentation for IT systems
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Manage IT inventory and assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Experience with networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
