Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor network connectivity and resolve basic network-related disruptions.
- Assist in the deployment of company-wide software updates and security patches.
- Manage user accounts and provide support for internal business applications.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline IT workflows and improve technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company data security policies and IT standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and general networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus for site-based operations.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
