In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring our employees have the tools they need to succeed.

As the face of our technical department, you will handle a wide range of issues, from setting up new workstations to resolving complex network connectivity problems. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring rapid resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices, including printers, scanners, and operating systems.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory and other identity management systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN issues, and server availability to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Perform regular system updates, patch management, and software installations to maintain system security and performance.
  • Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute IT projects, such as hardware upgrades or software rollouts.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or technical support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting is required.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
