Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support for mission-critical biometrics hardware and associated peripheral devices.
- Conduct routine maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues promptly.
- Document technical support activities, system configurations, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the broader IT infrastructure team to deploy new equipment and upgrade existing systems.
- Maintain high standards of data security and adhere to operational safety protocols.
- Assist in the inventory management of IT assets and equipment deployed across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT hardware support, field support, or infrastructure maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to resolving technical malfunctions.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and basic server-client connectivity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive incidents.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using common diagnostic tools and office productivity software.
