Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide on-site technical support for mission-critical biometrics hardware and associated peripheral devices.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues promptly.
  • Document technical support activities, system configurations, and incident reports accurately.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT infrastructure team to deploy new equipment and upgrade existing systems.
  • Maintain high standards of data security and adhere to operational safety protocols.
  • Assist in the inventory management of IT assets and equipment deployed across the facility.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in IT hardware support, field support, or infrastructure maintenance is highly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical approach to resolving technical malfunctions.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and basic server-client connectivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive incidents.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using common diagnostic tools and office productivity software.
