Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and peripheral devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Document IT processes, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate on IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations
- Deliver training and guidance to end-users on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365)
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
