TG Group Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in the North-East Region. We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in Operation and Maintenance (Both Corrective and Preventive).
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be pivotal in maintaining our IT infrastructure's health and efficiency. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, managing hardware and software lifecycles, and ensuring a seamless user experience for all employees. This contract role offers a competitive salary of $3,000 – $4,000 per month for a qualified professional.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on IT hardware, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents reported by internal users.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and ensure network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and essential business applications.
- Conduct regular system audits and preventive maintenance checks to prevent downtime.
- Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Provide technical support documentation and user training where necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, maintenance, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
