Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Engineer and become the backbone of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations. In this pivotal role, you'll provide critical technical support for Microsoft 365 environments, server infrastructure, network systems, VOIP solutions, and comprehensive IT infrastructure across diverse client portfolios. You'll diagnose complex technical issues, implement proactive maintenance strategies, and ensure seamless IT operations while delivering exceptional user experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 MSP support for Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure including virtualization, backups, and security patches
- Oversee network operations including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless network management
- Support and troubleshoot VOIP systems including IP phones, PBX configurations, and call routing
- Implement and monitor IT security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Perform system diagnostics, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical incidents
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for team knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects and upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration within an MSP environment
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory management
- Proficiency in server administration (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies
- Deep understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Experience with VOIP systems (Asterisk, Cisco, or similar platforms)
- CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Administrator certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
