In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational readiness, ensuring every employee has the tools they need to succeed. You will work closely with internal IT teams to maintain hardware standards, troubleshoot deployment issues, and optimize the lifecycle management of our fleet of desktops and laptops. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end provisioning, imaging, and configuration of desktops and laptops for new and existing users.
- Execute hardware deployment and ensure all devices meet company security and software standards.
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and component replacement (RAM, HDD/SSD, peripherals) when necessary.
- Manage inventory of IT assets, including tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Support end-users with setup, account configuration, and connectivity issues during the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment deployments using internal ticketing and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to streamline deployment procedures and reduce setup downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Windows OS imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware components and peripheral connectivity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist users in a professional and patient manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse or office environment in the Tuas area.
