Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Engineer specializing in fieldwork support in the West Region. This is an exciting opportunity for tech-savvy professionals who enjoy hands-on problem-solving and providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure. Your expertise will be vital in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing excellent customer service to end-users.
We offer a competitive salary package of $3,200 - $4,000 per month, plus an AWS-related variable bonus to reward your hard work and dedication. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with alternating Saturdays from 8:30am - 1:00pm. The position is located in Tuas, with convenient 2-way transport provided from Boon Lay MRT.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime
- Document all IT issues, resolutions, and asset information in the company tracking system
- Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance to end-users
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system improvements and updates
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network technologies
- Experience with AWS services and cloud computing environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Singapore driver's license and willingness to travel within the West Region
