Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security patches
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and solutions for knowledge base
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for escalations and procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk role
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based applications
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus
