Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage end-user account setups, password resets, and access control requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of company-standard software and systems.
- Maintain and update internal IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with company data security and IT policy standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and office productivity suites.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and local area networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
