Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage end-user account setups, password resets, and access control requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of company-standard software and systems.
  • Maintain and update internal IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company data security and IT policy standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and office productivity suites.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and local area networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
