Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and peripherals to ensure 24/7 availability.
- Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets and service requests promptly.
- Perform routine hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
- Conduct basic security audits and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Must be willing and available to work the Night Shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
