Are you a tech-savvy professional looking to kickstart your career in Managed IT Services? Elitez Group is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer (P1) to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring the seamless operation of their technical infrastructure and delivering exceptional service standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach are paramount. We provide a collaborative atmosphere that fosters growth, allowing you to sharpen your technical expertise while working on diverse projects within the Information & Communication Technology sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Maintain and monitor client IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and system performance.
  • Document all support incidents and resolutions accurately within the ticketing system.
  • Configure and deploy workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals for end-users.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of servers and network equipment under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Perform regular system health checks, security patches, and software updates.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams while keeping clients informed on progress.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or desktop support environment.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and VPN configurations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based collaborative tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and professional demeanor in client-facing scenarios.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent tickets in a high-pressure environment.
