Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network devices
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to prevent vulnerabilities
- Document IT processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge base maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical escalations
- Deliver user training and guidance on system utilization and best practices
- Manage inventory control and asset lifecycle for client equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the West Region
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments simultaneously
