Join GMP Group as an IT Support Engineer and embrace a unique rotating shift schedule that offers work-life balance with 2 days on followed by 2 days off. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, peripherals, and security systems
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with vendors
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles
- Deploy and manage software updates, patches, and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Conduct regular system audits and preventive maintenance activities
- Provide after-hours emergency support during assigned shifts
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and enterprise applications
- Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware diagnostics
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rotating shift environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management tools
