You will play a critical role in maintaining our IT systems, managing mission-critical hardware and software, and providing high-level technical assistance to our internal teams. This position is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues while contributing to strategic business projects. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and system performance.
  • Manage the procurement, configuration, and inventory of IT equipment and assets.
  • Assist in the deployment and documentation of new business IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues for end-users in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical improvements.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure adherence to company cybersecurity policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with hardware maintenance and software installation procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
